Equity Release

Many lead generation companies claim to offer Equity release leads, thinking they can send you details of elderly customers looking for a secured loan . We know that this isn't anything like an Equity Release lead. What you're really after is a customer aged over 65, looking to raise income, with little or no mortgage and who (most importantly) understands the concept of a lifetime mortgage / equity release product.

We also appreciate there is an LTV - AGE ration which must be met for these leads to be workable in the first place. So when we send you a qualified lead, we check the customers house price online so we can assess if they qualify before you speak to them.

DATA - To buy data for an equity release campaign can be tricky. We therefore offer the most targeted data we can - Homeowners, over the age of 65 and looking to raise capital.

WEB LEADS - Customers who have gone online and left their details, saying they are interested in an ER product. These customers will have had the information about ER right in front of them when they submitted their request online and so should know a little about what you can do for them.

 

SURVEY LEADS - If, when asking a customer if they're looking to raise capital they say yes and if they're of age, then we'll explain briefly about equity release product before sending the customer through to you.

TELEPHONE QUALIFIED LEADS - Taking data, web leads or survey leads in... we call customers back and qualify them fully. Asking them details of their mortgage (if they have one) property value (which we check online) DOB of both partners and so on, until we haveĀ a good understanding of who they are and what they'er after. We then email you the customers full details and a time to call them back.
