| DATA - Name and number of a customer who fits the profile of that lead type (i.e. a home owner, aged over 65 and looking to raise capital is perfect data for an equity release campaign). Data is usually best for larger companies / call centres who have man power available to "crunch numbers" and sift through phone numbers to find the best candidates. |

APPOINTMENTS - As it sounds, having spoken to the customer we offer to have an advisor come out and see them rather than deal with it over the phone. Often this commits the customer further and ensures you're going to see someone who signs up there and then. |

| HOT KEYS - For larger companies with call centres full of agents who are ready to speak with customers there are 2 basic choices, call the customer or have them call you. Hot Keys are therefore a way of generating incoming, qualified sales calls for your business. We qualfiy the customer and then, whilst we have them on the line we transfer them through to you. You pay for each hot key. Simple and incredibly effective. |

TELEPHONE QUALIFIED LEADS - We also offer to speak to the customer in full and capture details relating to that lead so that we (and you) know the customer is definately the person you want to speak to. We set a time and date for you to call the customer back and then email you their details. |

| SURVEY LEADS - As we're talking to customers about various products, customers may indicate they are more interested in talking about another product. We therefore pass these onto the client, without taking full details from the customer. |

WEB LEADS - The customer has gone onto one of our affiliate websites and enquired about that lead type. |
