Remortgage Leads

are still readily available from GLM. We have a large network of introducers who are able to produce volumes of remortgage leads each day. We then either sell these straight on to you or qualify them before sending them on, depending on what you want from us. We also have a large database of customers who we have helped find a broker (and ultimately remortgage) in the past 3 years. These customers are coming up for renewal again and so we're helping them again.

Our standard criteria at present on qualified remortgage leads is as follows;

  • LTV less than 75%
  • Post code specific leads
  • Customer must be "Prime"
DATA - We have 2 data sets available. The first is generic homeowner data - customers, as above, who we have helped remortgage in the past 3 years. This works well for brokers who have the resources to crunch numbers and sift through plenty of customers. If you want somethign a little more targeted then we have a smaller database (around 20,000 records) of customers who we can filter according to their particular mortgage details (i.e. lender / balance / rate etc). If you're buying in data, its important to remember that these customers may not be expecting your call as we havent spoken to them first. There is no cold calling involved as we have permission to call these customers but the leads aren't qualified in anyway.   

SURVEY LEADS - As we're talking to a customer about any of our product lines we'll always ask them when they're next time to remortgage is, or if they're looking to remortgage now by adding capital into / consolidating debts onto their existing deal. Any customers who answer positivelty to these basic questions are then sent to you.

WEB LEADS - Customers who have gone online, said they're up for renewal on their mortgage in the next 3 months and meet our standard criteria (above).

     
TELEPHONE QUALIFIED LEADS - We also offer to speak to the customer in full and capture details relating to that lead so that we (and you) know the customer is definately the person you want to speak to. We set a time and date for you to call the customer back and then email you their details.   APPOINTMENTS - You get a mini fact find in advance on the customer. You also then get a time and date (suited to your diary and the customers) to meet the customer at their home. This is the most qualified any lead will get because the level of trust needed from the customer shows huge committment on their part.
