DATA - We have access to surplus records of customers where we can identify they definately have taken out unsecured borrowing before April 2007.
TELEPHONE QUALIFIED LEADS - We can take calls further, qualifying them fully and making the customer you will be calling them back. We also advise the customer that when you are to call back, they should have their policy docs ready to give you the necessary info you need to help their claim.
SURVEY LEADS - As we're talking to customers about various products, customers may indicate they are more interested in making a claim to have their debts written off. If this is the case we confirm they meet criteria then send you their details.
HOT KEYS - We can also deliver the customer to you via hot key, ready and waiting on the end of the phone - the choice, as always, is yours.
WEB LEADS - As always, the customer will have filled out an online questionnaire indicating they have debts taken out before April 07, want to make a claim and have their policy docs available.
